Sarah is a Principal advising clients on brand ethics, ethical culture, and decision-making

Sarah is an experienced Client Partner and Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation, Product and Service Design, and Marketing Communications.

Her background encompasses client and commercial leadership roles at leading creative, innovation, and technology agencies. Most recently, Sarah served as a Client Partner and Leadership team member at the renowned innovation agency AKQA.

With a wealth of experience across automotive, retail, luxury, sports, and financial services, Sarah has helped leaders drive change through creativity, technology, and innovation. Her client list includes Lexus Europe, Toyota Europe, ASICS Global, HERE Technologies, Tag Heuer,  LVMH, and Visa Innovation Studios.

Sarah’s intellectual interests and hands-on experience converge at the intersection of ethics and emerging technology. In 2020, she earned a Distinction-level Master’s degree in Philosophy from Birkbeck, University of London, while welcoming her first child. Her Master’s research focused on the attribution of moral responsibility for algorithmic decisions, and she maintains an active interest in the question of responsibility for AI-determined outcomes. Sarah also holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

As a Principal at Principia and a member of the leadership team, Sarah is responsible for brand, marketing, and new business initiatives. She currently resides in East London with her partner and two young sons.
