Over the past 15 years, Nick has led organizational development programs in a variety of sectors, including world-leading multinationals, FTSE100s, SMEs, public organizations, startups, and charities.

In addition to his advisory role, Nick is an active social and cultural historian and published author and co-author. He has also written numerous articles for trade magazines, academic journals, and other platforms. Nick holds a PhD from the University of London, Birkbeck, where he taught History and served as an Honorary Fellow.

He has held senior management roles at Deloitte and Included, a global impact-led DEI consultancy. He also serves on several educational and advocacy boards.
