Lakshmi is a law practitioner specializing in corporate law, M&A, and finance and has previously worked within reputed law firms including a prominent fintech player in India. Her research interests are corporate governance, responsible investments, climate policy and sustainable finance.

Lakshmi holds an LLM (Finance) degree from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University, and an LLB from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies in Kochi.
