Candice currently serves as Chief of Staff at Autodesk, a global leader in software for architects, builders, engineers, designers, manufacturers, 3D artists, and production teams. She works on strategy and innovation within the digital and eCommerce team.

Previously, Candice was the Head of People at TradeZero, a platform for trading stocks and cryptocurrencies, and the Director of Culture and Organizational Design at Combs Global. Her background in executive search, coaching, and organizational design was honed at Bridgewater Associates, where she collaborated with the Heads of Trading, Client Service, and Research.

Candice’s career began in international relations, leading delegations with U.S. Congress members and the United Nations. She holds a Master’s in International Relations with a focus on Trade and Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Baruch College.
