Annabel has over 20 years of experience building institutional businesses at M&G, UBP, SWIP, OMAM, and Barings. She has served as a board member for both CFA UK and the Prudential Staff Pension Scheme. Additionally, she co-founded the CFA UK’s ethics committee and is a member of the Institute of Business Ethics International Advisory Council.

Annabel holds an MA in Philosophy and AI, along with an MSc in Behavioural Science. She is focused on exploring the role of ethical values and organizational culture in the AI-driven workplace of the future.
